Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast, who was an athlete and captain of the 2012 Fierce Five as well as the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman took home three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics at London. Additionally, she brought home a bronze on the balance beam. In 2012, she became one of the few American athlete to earn the most number of medals in the Olympics. In 2016, the Olympics saw her win the gold medal in the team event, earning her as well as Gabby the honor as the first Americans to ever win consecutive gold medals for a team. Silver medals were awarded in the floor individual and all-around events. After the second Olympics the gymnast was off for three years from gymnastics. She was also a part of the gold medal winning American team at two World Championships. When she was just 2, she began to learn gymnastics. Her favorite sport is floor exercises. Aly works with The Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization in memory and honor of her mother. She hopes to become a fashion designer and expand the range of her leotards and socks in the near future. Fierce - a novel she is writing will come out this year.
